Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

 

Our return, replacement, and refund policy is valid for 15 days from the arrival of your order. Regrettably, we cannot provide a replacement, refund, or return after this timeframe.

 

 

Eligible Reasons for Return, Refund, or Replacement

 

If you are offered a refund or replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item. The following cases are covered by our 15-Day

 

 

 Return/Refund/Replacement Policy:

 

 

- The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon arrival.

- The item does not match what was stated in your Order Confirmation email.

- The package is lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate.

 

Please note that slight color variations due to lighting conditions are not classified as defects. Allow for a 30% difference between the advertised images and the item received.

 

 

Non-Eligible Reasons for Return, Refund, or Replacement

 

 

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or replacements for the following reasons:

- Requests made after 15 days of product delivery.

- Personal reasons, such as a change of mind or no longer wanting the item, when the request is made more than 2 hours after placing the order, during shipping, or after delivery.

- Incorrect selections made by the customer, including wrong size, product, address, or custom information.

- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

- Items purchased during a sale or any promotion.

- Personalized products, unless the issue is significant (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

 

 

Return, Refund, or Replacement Procedure

 

STEP 1: Contact Us

 

Email us at support@ceecaps.com to initiate your return, refund, or replacement request.

 

STEP 2: Provide the Following Information

- Order number

- Photos/videos of the received items showing the issue

- A picture of the package label

- A detailed explanation of your request

 

STEP 3: Resolution Process

 

 

Our support team will review the provided evidence and determine if your request meets our requirements. If eligible, we will proceed as follows:

 

- Replacement: We will resend the product at no additional cost. In rare cases where a replacement is not practical, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

 

- Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. It may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account or statement.

 

- Return (if required): If a return is necessary, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders

 

 

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout and collect your order if notified by the postal service.

 

- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for unclaimed packages left at the post office. In these cases, no refunds will be issued, and returned items will be donated upon arrival at our warehouse.

 

- If you request a replacement for these cases, additional charges may apply.
